What the information is used for
This information is used to gain information about how people use Joocer which is used to determine how to make the site better.
This information is also collected for security and to aide in the resolution of problems with accounts and the site reasons.
How long this information is retained for
Personal information is kept only whilst you have an account with Joocer or whilst you are accessing the site.
Application Audit and Error and Web Logs are kept in full for fourteen (14) days. After this period they are analysed and kept only as summary statistics.
What are Cookies
All persistent cookies used by Joocer are opt-in only. All cookies automatically used by Joocer are deleted when you close your browser window (these are session cookies).
Persistent cookies are used to remember your username and this functionality is only enabled if the check box on the sign-in screen is ticked. By default this function is not available.
